so this is not a thread about me. this is about you and what you did on your 21st, tell me stories of what happened on your 21st birthday =) (i guess this only really applies to those in america that have to legally wait til they are 21)

i say it goes two pages before the lock.

I was kidnapped from class by friends and taken to many bars where I drank to the point of blacking out.

I remember waking up, opening a present (it was an espresso machine ) and that's all I remember. Must have been an uneventful day.

Took a load of imodium to seal my sputtering ass, rode an elephant and climbed a hill for 6 hours, drank 'whisky' and sat watching fireflies in the dark until I got scared by a dog barking from an unknown location

i got drunk with some friends. im assuming most everyone else did too.

I was on internet.

i had a crap one for my 21st. i was in florida visiting family - we went to some jazz bar. grim.

my most recent one (22nd) was also in florida - a girl friend of mine in florida took me to an ice hockey game, followed by a bar crawl. great night.

my 18th however was very epic - i think i vomited after 10 mins of being 18, thanks to my mate steve making a ridiculous dirty pint and forcing me to do a whole tin of snuff. woke up in the morning wanting to die, then drove from steve's place in henley upon thames to my place in bristol where we did a monstrous pub crawl on the night of my 18th.

plus my birthday is one day before new years - generally it's just a massive piss-up that flows into new year.

this thread actually has a point though. did you lot all have rubbish 21st then?

it was ok. the thrill of drinking has long since worn off tho..

i went to a latino themed nightclub in peterborough with about 8 mates, reluctantly did coke for the first time in the toilets, drank overpriced lager and was disappointed that we all ended up in a fight on the street outside.

i hope i never see the day when the thrill of drinking wears off.

however, i enjoy the social side almost as much as the taste of a cold beer on a hot day.

Got horrendously drunk, came home, posted shit on watmm, and had an explosive wank. Fell asleep, and repeated the process every day for a further year.

i've never been to peterborough. i had a girlfriend from there once though. needless to say, i never want to visit peterborough.

I had just graduated from boot camp 2 weeks before, so I was ready to rock. A few friends and I ate some LSD+Mushrooms and I think a shot of vodka or something so I could say I was doing it legal. Great night in nature. No bars.

On my 21st birthday I remember not getting carded when I went to buy alcohol.

I later said something that was memorably offensive around the friends I was with.

I don't remember this at all - I was probably drunk.

My friends won't tell me what I said, and it haunts me to this day.

on my 21st birthday my girlfriend went home for ten days and missed it so i met one of my real good friends in vancouver and we just got drunk and went to science world and got high and drunk and wandered around, watched a couple movies and just kicked some serious ass. was actually awesome now that i think about it. also this awesome friend was a girl. like a sister so no homo. my 22nd birthday, however, was spent cleaning my friends house and then visiting her in the hospital. not terrible, it just sucks she was in the hospital.
