I thought it was pretty cool in a slightly nerdy way, some of the stuff he was taking into account for live compositions in the 60s sounds exactly like what people would be thinking about writing stuff in max or reaktor these days. He seems to have a refreshingly no bullshit attitude towards a lot of things too.
