There are three main groups here in UK who are ineligable to vote in elections.

1) the aristocracy and royalty

2) convicted prisoners

3) the insane held in lunatic asylums

you are 1, 2 or 3?

Always.

And please don't anyone chip in with "it doesn't matter who you vote for - the government always get in" or "if voting changed anything, they'd make it illegal" or any other cliched horseshit that Banksy is probably stencilling onto a wall right now.

lol.

i've only been of legal age to vote once so far (presidential elections, still haven't checked out state-level elections)—i'll be the first to admit i'm really uninformed, politically speaking, though thats something i'd like to change.

Guest inteeliguntdesign

yup. i've not registered to vote in time on previous occasions though.

i get annoyed at people who say they dont vote because 1 vote doesnt matter.

dunno, seems like the emphasis is on 1 person putting an X in 1 box.

whereas shouldnt the emphasis should be on collectively/socially doing a fairly important task.
