Arizona School to use RFID to take attendance

What's up with Arizona? A new craze for control? First the illegal alien law and now monitoring the students. Not cool, not cool at all.

I work for an agriculture technology company and that is exactly how we check that the cows have shown up to be milked.

Actually that is kinda badass. If I was still in school I'd likely end up exploiting it and never attending class.

I'm pretty sure teachers would still take attendance or at least notice.. not like it's massive uni classes.

I don't really think its that big of a deal, if anything it makes it easier for kids to skip by giving their id to a classmate.

yeah how easy would it be to give 10 rfid chips to one guy and send him to class.

It's being used exactly for massive university classes.
