Havaer-Cultivar

I know there was a minimal house thread somewhere around here but I cant seem to find it.

Anyway, I've been listening to this all weekend. Pensive is an unreal track.

I remember looking at some of the minimal house stuff and not being particularly taken with anything that I looked up. So post your appreciation for this album and possibly recommendations for tracks/albums that sound more like this one.

I don't like minimal techno at all really but I would if it all sounded like this ep. Definitely one of my most listened to releases from Mr Dunn.

Trost is quite good, but pensive is still my favourite. Absolutely love that track.

Still have to listen to it, sounds great. I loved cultivar though.

After much deliberation I will concede that LUDD is right. Listening Advice is better than Cultivar.

I would like some advice on how I could listen to this release.

Just listened to Listening Advice (thanks Chassis!) and it IS fantastic! Not sure yet if I like it more than Cultivar but certainly it's just as good at least.

Oh! I haven't even heard of that one till now! Had to look it up on discos... I have a very low bit rate mp3 of magnetic poetry and a bunch of other Lobe tracks that are beeeeeautiful... I'll try to remember to upload those tomorrow...

Here's  22 old Lobe and Wisp tracks he posted on WATMM.

Highlights: Inholig, Magnetic Poetry, A Word with the Wind, The Olster has a Tipsy Cat.

Some of these tracks appeared on other releases. Also, some of them were posted in really low bitrate but I dunno... that kinda adds to the charm of it I reckon... gives it that "demo" quality.
