I used to love Ice-T when I was a kid. I later figured out how huge of a Rakim biter he was, but still have good memories of the Iceberg and O.G. albums.

What are you talking about?

Ice-T was releasing Records way before Rakim.

Like...

"the Coldest Rap" (1982)

"Cool Wind-Madness" (1983)

"Body Rock" (1984)

Rakim wasn't on the Hip Hop scene until 1986, and didn't release his first record until 1987 (With Eric B)

Ice-T & Rakim are way different, different styles, different locations.

It's illogical to say Ice-T was a Rakim rip-off.
