Is my iPod screwed?

It froze whilst listening to some tunes, and when I reset it, I got a screen with the Apple support site on it.

It's an older 30Gb Video, three or four years old at the very least (I got it from a friend two years ago). Any way I can fix this?

Get with the program , buy an Ipad

this happened to me a few months ago with the same model... i threw it and broke it out of anger before i considered fixing it. now i walk around with an 8 gigger and have rotate music every couple of weeks.

Actually, he gave it to me cuz he knew I didn't have the money and wanted one badly. I have awesome friends

I love this thing, it's the absolutely perfect size.

Well if it does mess up google how to open it open it up and put it back together and see if that fixes it. My Ipod nano's controls stopped working I did just that and upon reassembling it worked again. I was like oh ok lol.

i once fixed an ipod touch by reinitializing it 3 times. it got a little further into the process each time until it worked.

Buy Sony. It has everything you want, lasts forever and it's cheaper that Apple.
