So whatever happened to the proposed Old Tunes boxed set?

I recall many years ago (but after the release of Campfire) reading that BoC were immensely pissed about the amount of money people were paying for the Old Tunes cassettes on Ebay and as a result they were putting together a boxed set so people could buy it legitimately and at a realistic cost. Years and years on from that there is still no word on this. I wonder if the idea was dashed or if they ever actually intended on making the box in the first place. Maybe shutting down the Ebay sale was good enough for them and they figure anyone who cares can get the stuff off p2p networks.

The sets are being carefully hidden in various locations around the world, and the next album (endGame, to be released in 2012) will contain clues as to their locations, if you dissect the audio and play certain sections backward.

Old Tunes is still not out, and I know why
