superstix
Does anyone else grind their teeth in their sleep every night? Any ideas for a cure? Every night as I'm falling asleep I'll clamp down and start grinding and sometimes it wakes me up. I've tried massaging my jaw, concentrating on relaxing it, etc. but as I slip unconscious it starts again. Thinking about hypnosis therapy, but I've always been a bit wary of such things. FUCK That's the worst thing i've ever eaten. The flesh simply doesn't cleave to the bones. Battery ferming. And then, foie gras is banned from NY state, because it's considered as ill-treat. IT'S NOT. KFC is tourist ill-treat. YOU POISONERS! Two hours after being to KFC, i stopped in a amsih little town barf all that KFC shit out. Nice work! baph
I think people who grind their teeth at night are subconsciously/unconsciously employing a defense mechanism against stealth nighttime bonor insertion. Guest Franklin
first you need to figure out WHY you are grinding your teeth. stress is the most usual culprit but there are various other condition which might cause this. talk to your doctor and then to your dentist. they will help solve the underlying problem that teeth-grinding is a symptom of. Guest Gary C
I was really worried about this a few months ago. I would catch myself with a clenched jaw every so often. I don't think I really grinded them, but my teeth were becoming sensitive and sometimes I had dull aches and headaches. It may have coincided with quitting smoking, and it was most certainly stress related as I was being chased my banks and I had quit my job. I don't know where it went really. I did catch myself doing it again recently, but that's been the first time in about 2 months. I think it's just stress related really. Guest uptown devil
i do it too, but it's not contained to sleeping. i often notice it suddenly when i'm very involved in something, i.e. reading, or making music etc. it's bad enough where as my dentist has mentioned the effect it's had on my teeth. i'd very much like a cure that doesn't involve having some annoying plastic thing in my mouth all night. until then, i'll stick with the grinding Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/56456-teeth-grinding-at-night/#findComment-1329812 Share on other sites
