really liking this album....

thought you all should know about it if ya didn't....

given this a listen through now. only on track 2, mind, but it's areet so far.

pretty dancey and poppy but I like the bass and beats yo! Has a strange quality to its take on pop music. There is one divariffic track towards the end that would make most people cringe but I like it.

my copy of this arrived today (I mean, yesterday?). I haven't listened to it yet, but I just noticed it got a review on bitchdork:

it's very clean, punchy, and lacking unnecessary ornament. as the cover implies, there's a slight fantasy element that runs through most of the album, thanks in part to the squaresoft melodies and glossy production. some of it is incredibly catchy. your girls would like this album. anidea hits its stride by the fifth track, so give it a chance.
