Guest the anonymous forumite
www.habitforge.com So this site claims that it takes 21 days to forge a new habit. Yuu sign up, decide what new habit you want to forge and every day you receive an email asking you if you did what you had to do. Guest the anonymous forumite
Sit down straight, close your eyes, try to think about nothing. YOu can focus on something to help you meditating, for instance, I focus on a visualization of my breathing.
