heading off to florida this evening and hopefully never returning but for visits.

doubt i'll ever log in with this account again and as for making any music, thats unlikely to happen again for at least a year and it certainly wont be under a name like lindrum larry cocopipe. those which i posted up on the latest creation forum and soundcloud recently were my last.

unfortunately the last 3 adjectives apply to much of Florida, too

good luck out there. i recently lived in florida near orlando for 2 years. it was a good place for what we did (absolutely nothing). but i got really sick out there for some weird reason... my body was probably rejecting florida or something. i really do miss it out there though. the job i had was very laid back, miss my parents and sisters, i definately miss the ladies that are deposited in my spank bank.

Florida is full of Old People , Swamps (Mosquitoes , Alligators) , Disney-related tourism and Black Window Spiders , fuck Florida.

So yeah , your decision sucks , London is in my Top 5 Cities list , just amazing.

I like England so I would have just moved out of London. Then again it's cool to live abroad, no need to burn your bridges though.

you're exaggerating. i've lived in florida since i was five and even though i don't love it, i realize that all the negative things you've mentioned are hardly reasons not to live here. yes, we have a few swamps, blah blah blah, most of them have been (illegally) filled and developed over. oh no, bugs! there's a reason for pesticides. tourism? you don't see tourists unless you live in lake buena vista. the only contact with tourists i regularly have is during bike week and biketober fest.

for me, the main thing that i dislike about florida is the rich dipshits that live here, who vote republican and perpetually try to fuck up everything from the legislature to the school boards. it's ridiculous.
