Drivan is a collaboration between me and three girls from Sweden: Lisa Östberg, Louise Peterhoff and Kristiina Viiala (well actually Kristiina is from Finland). I made music for a dance performance they were in, and also some songs. I really liked their singing and asked if they would be interested in doing more. I produced the music and then we collaborated on lyrics and structure. The finished record is some kind of folky hip-hop loops meet Marine Girls maybe. I'm not sure. All lyrics are in swedish. Drivan means something like 'drift' as in 'snow drift' or snow storm.

This is out now. Just listened for the first time. Short (35 mins) and very sweet. Pretty good for a rainy evening waiting for your curry to cook.
