"this way to ave it"

i remember a while ago someone posted an image of a wall with the words "this way to ave it" at some old school rave..... i need it

ok, but what does "ave it" mean, exactly? urban dictionary's definition is a little vague.

= have it.

"it" being a good time.

This picture must have been taken at the entrance of the coliseum. Just look at the way letters are written : this was the typical way of writting back in the antiquity.

So my guess is that ave, means "salute" while "it" might probably refer to Caesar.
