I just listened to this and was perfect for bed (I can only get reception in my bed haha), I liked it all the way through, though at some points I was really anticipating the next part a lot. It'd be interesting to see what it would be like if each part was shortened a bit, and then maybe the whole track played twice through instead with different automations etc.
