they seem to have taken a more poppy direction

I was in love with this band around their Drugs to the Dear Youth days, and this stuff sounds good. Not to the level of DttDY, but good. First track sounds very Battles with the vocals.

I miss this sound:

the first, untitled, album is the best imo

I look forward. Though I doubt I will like it as much as the self-titled and Drugs to the Dear Youth EP.
