Did the Klaxons rip off my EP cover?

i have a new EP coming out on Swishcotheque. it was finished about a year ago, and in the last 7-8 months i've been handing out CDs with the image printed onto it at shows. the image has been available online all this time.

there are blatant similarities, but unfortunately i know exactly how their legal team would respond if you were to try to take this further.

what can i say? the music industry is fucked. in all ways.

we can get hung up on the helmets, but they are generally intergalactic cats. here is the back cover;

Looks like you and the klaxons both had the same idea, but you pulled it off way better.

Except fighter pilot cat's wearing a helmet at least twice the size of its head.

It might be a fairly generic idea but I think you've done a really good job of it... the textures and colours are really nice!

i like everything about your cover except for the cat. probably would've been better with just the mirror visor thing down.

but one of the tracks is about a transdimensional cyborg cat
