Oli Larkin Dronebox

Hi guys, could anyone suggest an audio filter-modulator VST similar to Oli Larkin's Dronebox? ive seen what Dronebox can do and its pretty impressive

oli larkin's dronebox is good i hear. you should try that.

i'd love that as a hardware module

Oli Larkin is great, have you played with his 'Endless' effects?

i have a plugin called Soundbytes Sympathizer VST that's pretty similar, has an all around different flavor of comb filtering/droning. Highly recommended

* twenty eight freely tunable string resonators are grouped into four comb filter banks.

* string material, string decay, stereo width, output volume and panorama settings can be adjusted separately for each bank.

* use the advanced routing abilities of the plugin to create stunning soundscapes or to shape the envelope of the Sympathizer reverb tail. Create an initially rising reverb or completely suppress the attack phase to separate the reverb tail from delicate input signals like vocals and solo voices.

* use the Sympathizer in combination with your favourite synthesizers as a unique drone or pad generator.

yes my friend slightlydrybeans, who wouldnt want this beauty as a hardware piece :) at least virtually a midi controller can give life to this machine. thanx for the tip Awepittance, Soundbytes Sympathizer looks promising, im gonna look into it
