I never weigh my shit, but it can't be that heavy because I still usually feel fat after I shit. I should try to shit more.

I usually weigh myself before and after my shits so I can approximate the amount of shit I shat

I actually was avoiding buying one with tube shifters, but I figured I can do a conversation later. The size, price and condition were right, and the frame is super light and steel, just what I was looking for. I'm actually enjoying the tube shifters...easy to switch a few gears at a time instead of click click click.

i find them kinda difficult to use in busy streets or bumpy terrain or other hairy situations where i want to keep both my hands on the bars. but it's just a matter of what you're used to, i guess, i'm sure they'll work for you if you stick with them long enough. i can't blame you for buying this thing.. what a beautiful machine...

Went for a long ride today and I know what you mean. But I'll either get used to it or do a conversion.
