Guest wasps
i was expecting this to break into to something more polished, but it kind just stayed as it was. as it stands, it's pretty awkward. the 2 elements (sample vs bass/beat) rub against each other rather than with. Guest TheEarlOfEastchurch
yeah i know what you mean to be honest i had this melody buzzin arooond my head from a tune and was looking for it for ages then someone heard me hummin it and told me it was 'why' by carly simon so i could only get a 1 min sample from www.htfr.com so in order to hear more of a song from the sample i made my own tune of it. there are two breaks on the tune the 1st sits really well i think, the second is a bit simple and doesnt have much groove which kind of detracts from the songs ry-them, the bass line sounds really good at the start but soon becomes repetative, this tune still made me do a little dance but i probably could of spent a little longer on it, but i very rarely go back to tunes prefering to make new ones. it got the melody out of my head : ) Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/5821-fresh-quiff/#findComment-121475 Share on other sites
