I believe in Sweden you can have a connection that will download about 2 gigs in 2 minutes. You can get those kinds of connections in most countries I believe but there's no way they'll ever transfer at that rate. They do in Sweden though.

This seems like an overly cumbersome way to say it. It's sorta like saying that the speed limit is 200 kilometers per 2 hours.
