Oneohtrix Point Never Back Catalog Re-Released

Observe.

Scenes with Curved Objects, Ruined Lives, A Pact Between Strangers, Hollyr, KGB Nights/Blue Drive, Holograd and Soundsystem Pastoral all released digitally (and apparently exclusively) on Boomkat.

Some tracks appeared on Rifts already, but most of it is quite obscure. mmmmmm.

This guy is really overrated, but I do REALLY enjoy what he posts on youtube under the username sunsetcorp. I wish he made more stuff like that.

His Infinity Window stuff is amazing.

it's weird. i don't even know what overrated means half the time.

it's like, oh sure, alot of people and reviews rave about this particular artist/piece of work, when it isn't really all that good.. having said that, i personally really enjoy it. how can something be overrated if everyone just happens to personally really enjoy it.

I understand what you are saying and I do agree, I am just jaded, I wish that more of his music was like Nobody Here and Angel. I like the synth stuff, but not as much.

Also except for the opening track, I really enjoy lying down with Returnal after popping some pills.

My first intro to Oneohtrix Point Never was Rifts and I didn't get it at all. The collection was too much all at one, impenetrable. So I went and bought Russian Mind and instantly fell in love with it, Zones without People followed and so on. I'm glad Rifts exists as it introduced me to OPN but I would suggest people go check out the original albums and eps and collaborations as they are what got me hooked on this excellent musician. GAMES is fucking insane btw.
