You'll figure out what you want to do as it comes to you. Too much planning can get tired.

But I do suggest: draw (on the walls?), write (on the ceiling?), listen to music, jam, find a good tree to look at for a while. If there are no trees, the carpet might be somewhat interesting. If there is no carpet, the drywall might have some geometry for you.

Actually, I think the most useful advice I can give is this: don't sit around waiting for something to happen, just try to forget you've taken anything and go about your day as normal. Then it will kind of creep up on you, I find I get better trips that way.

e: also, have some psytrance.

Go outside, find a random object in the street then spend the next several hours walking around your city trying to find the owner. Create a quest out of it as you go.

money to buy food

silence is fun too, let your brain make it's own music

close eyes and get someone to give you a massage, if cool people are available

acid actually makes me want to not smoke, sometimes i havent even wanted a cigerette for 5-7 days after a trip.

Stereophonics eh? I dunno about throwing on headphones right now. I'm trying to avoid anything below 200Hz being very loud right now. I've tripped on other things before, and I have a lot of problems with low frequencies when I'm tripping. The time I did DOB was terrible until I got away from the club, and then it rocked.

Anyway, just cleaned the two mirrors I encounter in my daily life and am coaxing away the tension in the back of my head and shoulders.
