first track - some filter modulation of the bassline would be nice and also a change in pattern occasionally. sounds like it could develop into nice tune though.

second track is interesting, nice choice of sounds/patches, could do with some really tuff bass shit over it.

First track is really nice man, love that melody that comes in around 45 seconds. Very atmospheric track and good production.

i love the first track too, it's beautiful. i just think you should make it longer - i'm not really feeling the way it ends.

second one is has a really nice groove, though it feels like a fragment of something bigger

I agree with some of the other replies --- both are strong enough to be developed into something more extensive

Yeah the first one needs some filter fiddling, not interesting enough yet. The second one sounds like what is called a 'skit' on hiphop records. Could serve as the basis for a dubstep tune because the synth line is nice and it groooooves very well.
