Milkdrop

I have DLed over 8000 presets for this bitch and they are all somewhat mindblowing. Anything better? I showed it to a mac user who uses the "planet" visualizer for Itunes and he about shit himself...

I love it on my big TV...

I'm still using Winamp cause I hate ID3 tags and I have my OWN system for my music library, not what ITunes dictates...

(even though I have been kind enough to update my Mp3s to be ITunes friendly)

I also still watch Whitecap sometimes, when I need a break from Milkdrop

So...best visualizer?

Haven't seen an impressive visualization plugin in soo long. I looked this up and apparently you can get it running on real time audio with the DAW I have been loving lately Cockos Reaper? Gotta figure it out

I actually havent seen a good one in a while either. I've never really sought them out but I remember being impressed with what Winamp came with back in like 2005/6.

Im gonna check this out when I get home.

Watched Milkdrop on acid once, but soon found that reality was a much better visualizer and then I died.

Milkdrop really kicks ass, definitely had some great times watching the visualisations set to random.

can anyone help me find a way to incorporate this into ableton live? ive found a VST winamp bridge, but i imagine it would only load songs from a library, not take the incoming audio from live and milkdrop it

lets put our thinking caps on and figure this out, k guys?
