Yea, my gf dragged me to see that movie with her on opening day, and I instantly recognized the track. It comes on when she sees James Franco on stage and they have a moment just staring at each other. It fit into the movie well. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing about the movie.

i damn near shit myself when i heard ads for the 1998 MTV video music awards using the bass-guitar romping of "come on my selector." given that aphex twin's "come to daddy" video killed on mtv's short-lived "12 angry viewers" i had this naive fantasy that aphex twin and squarepusher were going to ascend the mountain of pop music and kick some mainstream ass.

thankfully for the long-run, i'm glad this didn't happen.

had to bump this to bring up the major wtf moment when I went downstairs this morning and low and behold theres a track off saw2 playing in the background. Turns out my mom and sister were watching Eat Pray Love.
