this is great, so is pretty much everything else i've heard from you, but since it's so heavily dependent on samples im never sure how much credit to give you (not knowing what is sampled and what is you), even though it's funky as hell. it's not like im against sampling or anything, i spent years making hiphop beats using sampling, but sometimes it seems like you're just using these long ass samples straight from the original track, without much edititng, and put a percussion layer on top. again, it sounds great, it's just not a technique i'd feel comfortable with (if that's even the case).

I'm just recycling long forgotten music at the moment. Some tracks use heavily edited and chopped up samples and some use entire portions of songs (like this one). I'll never release tracks like this apart from on here.

I like to use samples from songs that have a few good bars and several terrible bars. I feel like I'm mining the gold from the raw material.

This track has lots of elements on top of the sample (which has been eq'd to accentuate the vocals) apart from the extra percussion, the synths, the bass, and 1 shot fx

I don't know who did the original track as the songs I have are just labeled 1.WAV to 1839.WAV !!!
