i suspect other watmmers have been as well.

edit: actually UVB-76, the supposed "dead man's switch" on the russian nuclear arsenal changed the other day, for the first time ever. it's gone off the air a couple of times before, but it's never changed.

The melody that loops in the beginning is actually very used. I ended up trying to use it some months ago, I listened to a Black Dog record and it was sampled. Hell, the recording of the girl/woman counting is even sampled on Porcupine Tree's '99 record 'Stupid Dream' at the end of the first track 'Even Less'.
