synthesizer music

I'm looking for some emotional synthesizer music, something akin to piano music but just naked synthesizer playing.. any recommends? I'm familiar with a lot of Umiliani stuff, but that's more sexyparty and I'm looking for heartwrenching. looking for tunes worthy of this line from Islands In The Net:
