Windows Volume Level?

What should it be when making music? I generally put it at 75:100 but then my songs come out to soft. Or am I just looking at it all wrong?

I always leave the main Windows volume at max & control with the speaker volume dial. Working on songs I adjust the volume of each part in Buzz (using the main output meter as a guide). As far as I know the actual computer volume doesn't effect the final rendering there.
