all of us should somehow have a little bit of trust that aliens do exist. even when it comes to interplanetary questions humans are very egocentric.

in such a huge universe, with billions of galaxies, billions of stars that are similar both in size and characteristics, i don't doubt that there is at least a system and a planet with similar life conditions as those we have on earth, full of lifeforms and creatures we can't imagine.

discovering it might just be a question of time and appropriate technology.

what we see in documentaries and [home] videos such as those you posted, might have some authenticity, but i believe that a lot of that footage is related to optical illusions or natural effects happening in nature, like sightings of lenticular clouds or mirages.

as you know, cameras can capture these just as our eyes.

the ufo theme is something i am deeply interested in.

I wish some irrefutable proof of the existence of extraterrestrial intelligence would appear during my lifetime. It would be interesting to see how the worlds religions would cope with it and humanity in general. Hopefully the knowledge of superior intelligences out in the cosmos would make us put down our petty differences, realize we all share this rock hurling through space and that it's our only home, and start working together.

I also thought about it. For camera phones and other quality cameras being so ubiquitous there is surprisingly little new footage out there. Instead it's the same grainy VHS homevideos from 20 years ago that gets shown on every UFO documentary. Maybe all new cameras have built in UFO deleting firmware, put there by the NWO.

i don't exactly believe in the notion of an "Alien". it implies something completely foreign and unknown, it separates the entity you are calling an Alien from yourself. a cosmic being is what i prefer. these beings are as likely to show up in front of you physically, in the flesh, or in their space craft, as is a ghost, or your dead grandmother are to visiting you from the lower astral realms. they are only beings like ourselves who have taken a different evolutionary course, one that is spiritually-focused, and thus in tune with their existence. they have ascended to higher realms of existence, what many call the higher dimensions. they are ethereal beings and when one comes into contact with such beings, either psychically or physically, they feel pure love, similar to what Buddha achieved under the Bodhi tree.

i don't like the term alien. it has been brutally stereotyped over the course of human history, graphically and ideologically.

i prefer to think that, somewhere in the cosmos, there are other planets who were fortunate to gather the necessary good conditions to develop lifeforms, because they would orbit around a powerful star, just like the earth, but maybe even with better conditions and went through a process of evolution of the species, maybe in a similar way we did too.

maybe they have superadvanced technology and are able to communicate through telekinesis, or they are flying over our planet and gathering information about us, but i like to think these planets have natural elements different than fire, water, earth or air and species we can't imagine an appearance for.

the universe is too big and unknown for us to speculate the way we did until the present.

we have to see first.

Most of time videos features on this site are crappy (white dots on black backgrounds) because

1. Those vids comes from all around the world, and i suppose there is a very little part of the global population that have a camera with more than 5M pixels. Thus most of time you end up with UBOP (unidentified bunch of pixels) rather than a UFO.

2. Youtube compresses videos (and most cameras use lossy formats)

the problem with all the ufo related info is that it seems so distant, almost impossible to prove and totally not reliable.

It's because no one gives a shit. Scientists prefer to make fun of UFOs, and aliens prefer to collect DNA rather than interacting wth us.

I don't know much about this at all, but I would think a planet with similar life conditions to our own would spawn creatures not too different from what we're familiar with. The potential for a human being (and all its ancestors) was enfolded in the Soup. I would think similar conditions would bring about similar life forms. A brain, eyes, skeleton, between two and four legs for the more advanced species. You know... sort of like people.
