Digging in your bellybutton

If I try to scrape something out of my bellybutton, if I do it enough, it sends this numbingly, drop-on-the-floor, odd pain/sensation that goes from my bellybutton down to my junk, feels like somebody yanked on my shit or slammed my internal organs down there... Anybody else get this??

My wife has a major belly button sensitivity and I never understood it.

At the end of the day I always have dirt from tshirts like red dirt from red tshirt etc.

I only started getting belly button lint in the last few years due to my increasing beer belly. it seems like the belly button stays in the same place and the fat just grows around it making for a deeper belly button. whats up with that?
