what has been your favorite era in your life so far?

i was just getting the hang of drugs & loved little more than stuntin'!!!

everyone in my high school was prosperous & happy it was in the air

lsd was plenteous/we were all having a mini-60s, rap notwithstanding

i suspect i'll hit another peak some time but for now, 1998-1999 4 lyfe

early 90s

footnote: i never got into hard drugs; my friends did coke but i didn't

This one is pretty fucking good. I'm almost definitely clinically/criminally/dangerously/hilariously insane but I'm having a hell of a time!!! :)

as far as laughter goes... the sixth grade. i laughed so much that year. lots of silliness around me. i've cried on many occasions laughing so much. i've only laughed that much a handful of times.

Right now is the best so far.

1999 - 2001. When I was really discovering unfound music and love in my life.

Things were perfect then.

my whole life has been one big bag of awesome. /narcissistic

for real though, every kind of "discrete period" of my life has had good and bad points, to compare them is as futile as trying to pigeonhole music into a genre.

2001 - 2010

This happened to my older cousin, she's since been locked up.

2009 would have been hands down the greatest year of my life if it weren't for my dad dying towards the end. this year is probably the worst.

That was the least "Sup" post I've read. Maybe not the best advice, but avoid anti-depressants. Tried them on two separate occasions and made my life worse.

I assume my life will improve drastically when I move out of this small town and out of my Mom's basement next year. Either that, or it will collapse.

For now, this year is probably one of the better. I haven't had any signs of depression for 2 years now (finally), I have a couple decent friends I trust, a shit factory-job that gives me a source of income, and a really awesome girlfriend.

Also, I have tickets for the Tim and Eric Chrimbus tour, and Tobacco is touring; tickets are 10 bucks.

late 2002 in perth, getting my first girlfriend, lots of other first time experiences, meeting new friends etc was a pretty pivotal point in my life, before that i never really went out or anything

'04 in sydney was pretty great.. even though i got kinda depressed towards the end because i didn't really have many friends there.

being unemployed and single between late '05 and early '06 was enjoyable, i went to a lot of parties and generally trashed it up even though my cash situation was pretty low.

'07 was in retrospect really amazing - had a really great band going but eventually got sick of perth and needed to go somewhere more 'culturally aware' or something

2010 so far is getting really good, i'm starting to build up a decent friend base, which is nice! and plans to join/form new bands are developing.

rest of the 2000's were pretty awesome.

Now is looking pretty good (fingers crossed, mind). 2000-2006 has some of the best memories, even though my health was at its worst. Teens and twenties were bland to shite.
