One of the good things about living in Portland, ME. Best lobster I have ever eaten. Have yet to have a lobster roll yet; I need to go do that.

When I was in south africa I had crayfish almost every day... basically just as nice as lobster.

Hot buttered lobster rolls. Only available in the state of Maine. Worth the trip.

langoustines are great but lobster claws are freakin amazing. A nice crab is equally brilliant
