Guest Enter a new display name
You're supposed to have an account on your ISP's website, which contains stats about your daily bandwidth consumption. That's the way it works on my ISP, at least. Otherwise, check your connection's status in Windows' network options. It reveals the transfered data LIVE since your computer started up. I don't think socialism has anything to do with that. Canada is a socialist country, I have a cap. South Korea is very much a free market country, I had no cap (and incredible speeds...god I miss those days).
