let me be my words today. so however i am feeding into your emotional system right now, let it be in a positive way, full of positivity, like warm blue sunshine and cool yellow love cleansing you of your worries. feel that this message is good for you, restorative, like rest and dreams. this is a calm and beautiful message to your whole person. take my message in through your heart and deeply breathe out your thoughts about school, love, and the future. for now, all of those things are taking care of themselves in the way that is best suited for you. now if you'd like you can close your eyes for a minute to feel what it's like to breathe. you can let go of any tension around your head because there's nothing to figure out and nothing to read. just breathe for a minute. count twenty breaths and feel love for yourself and others with each breath. just close your eyes when you're ready and when you feel calm, bring to mind someone you love and breathe with them. feel them breathing with you. make contact. you needn't long for this person right now. just breathe slowly and feel the love inside of you, positively spreading to and nurturing you both.
