It has the potential to be good or shitty. We'll see.

That is a bold statement sir.

백호야~~~항상에 사랑할거예요.나의 아들.

Shout outs to the saracens, musulmen and celestials.

i didn't expect to love it as much as i did when i saw the trailer. first episode was awesome... did you guys keep watching until after the end credits were done rolling? pretty gnarly (reminded me of the show hoarders, a show i've had an unhealthy compulsion to watch recently)

It wasn't amazing but definitely entailed more funnies than Running Wilde (Will Arnett's brand new show from some of the same people that did Arrested Development so far it makes this show look great)

Running Wilde wasn't too bad. The first ep made me laugh as much as the first ep of Arrested Development did... Just needs to establish the characters I guess.

Yeah well I also understand that it is just starting out and it could get better, I was just told a few hours ago from a very trusted source that the second episode isn't that good though and it has David Cross' character up in it so that seemed like a sure sign the deal was off. I am about to watch the second episode of Running Wilde right now actually. I will report back with my findings.

hahaha I closed out the window right as the credits started so I just spent a few minutes letting it buffer again to see what you were talking about. Definitely worth it, pretty gnarly indeed.

I think anything with Will Arnett in is going to struggle now. The problem is that he is GOB. It's so hard to watch him and not think of GOB.

hahah yeh exactly, Running Wilde is kinda fun I guess, I understand why my homie thinks its a huge letdown but I will still watch it. It might not make me laugh much but its almost Gob Bluth enough to make me smile.

i was surprised to find that i wanted david cross' character to be tobias that entire episode, and i was disappointed when he wasn't more tobias-like.

Now it's 100% correct.

Won't beat arrested development, that candle burnt looooong ago.

looks like a really low budget and not that funny. GOB without Segway = lame :(

english/american differences in culture aren't interesting. poor script.

for some reason Tobias was always the weakest link on AD for me, his one tricky pony recurring homosexual innuendo got old on the 2nd episode. I prefer a more naturalist mr show esque Cross, which is what Todd Margaret is closer to.

The show itself is no where near the rapidfire humor style of Arrested Development, the shows are pretty different. At this point obviously AD is a better show, i can't imagine Todd Margaret reaching those levels. The only show i can compare it to at all is maybe Eastbound and Down, main character extremely unlikable, great vulgar one liners, beyond that the comparisons end

Not in love with it yet, but he seems to be paying very sincere homage to the 70s british farce sitcom, of which Fawtly Towers is probably the only example known in the States...

the centerpiece where he freaks out on energy drinks was very Basil Fawlty/ Frank Spencer

"I'll fuck the old outta ya" made me lol

i reckon he's been studying Some Mothers Do Ave Em...

Yeah, tonight's episode was pretty awful. There's just nothing likable about his character. He's going through all this shit, but he's kind of an asshole and just a shitty person, so there's no room to develop any sort of sympathy for him.

Meh.

In retrospect, the latter half of the series was quite hilarious. I like how the insanity continued to increase until he was really in deep shit. The first 3 episodes were nowhere near as funny as the second 3, though.
