Help Finding A Video

On the trailer for the Chris Cunningham DVD, there's a quick clip of a guy in a white suit playing a guitar, that has a dog head instead of a normal human head - what video is that from? I've been searching, and cannot find it. It's at 0:03 in this video:

And it's not on the DVD itself, to my knowledge (I have it, but have never watched all the videos)
