Turntable Preamp Buzzing

I have been using this preamp since early July or so. It worked great at first, but then I moved all my equipment to a new house. When I set it up in my new place it started making an irritating buzzing noise. I've tried switching the rca cables around and all that but that hasn't helped. The only time the buzzing gets softer is when I put my fingers on the rca cables' connectors. Fortunately most music masks the buzzing when I'm playing out of speakers, but it makes everything sound like shit on headphones.

So, any suggestions on fixing this problem? Is my preamp busted for good? Help!

60 cycle/grounding issue. Google should help you out. The problem with issues like this is that there can be many causes.

the little U turn connector, then then twirly cylinder or a phillips hed skroo next to rca connector. put put u turn connector under secure holderomics of twirly cylinder or phillips hed skroo. buzz probably will stop. if this fails, drop preamp off a pier.
