Watmmopolis is now complete

In March 2008, Squee and Rook started a project to create a Watmm-composed soundtrack for Metropolis.

The soundtrack is now complete, and will be unveiled in its entirety online this Sunday (17/Oct/2010) for a synchronised watmmviewing.

This will be done via http://www.synchtube.com which is a site that lets you synchronise the watching of tubes.

It will start at 19:00 UTC, which is:

• 12:00 PDT (West coast USA)
  
• 15:00 EDT (East coast USA)
  
• 20:00 BST (UK)

I've been meaning to watch Metropolis again, hopefully I can get at least one of my mates to witness such a monumental event :D

Either way I am excited about this but I really hope the video quality is going to be different than what we were working with. More or less 48mb mpegs for 8 minutes of video with a big ol' time stamp isn't quite satisfactory. People worked pretty hard on their parts. I hope we can see experience their scores in higher fidelity than that.

Yeah, the quality on SynchTube wouldn't be perfect, but good for it's purpose. Hope we can see this in a good downloadable rip as well later on.

I don't really understand your american timez, but I know for sure it will be 20:00 UK time which is 19:00 GMT/UTC (UK is currently on BST, 1 hour ahead of GMT)

Can someone work out the US times from that and post them here?

American West Coast and East Coasts are three hours apart. If it's noon here, then it's 3pm over there.
