Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel were in a band with Laurent Brancowitz in college. Fairly sure thats were Daft Punk got their name, it was someones review of one of their live performances.

Ye, I really couldnt care less that their show is probably 90% prerecorded. The mixing the do is so fucking good. Definitely one of the best gigs ive been to.
