my latest observation

I don't smoke, never have. few of my friends have. I've not really been exposed to it much.

anyway, I just bought a lamp off of kijiji (like craigslist for those internetting at a slower rate)and fuck me if my entire house doesn't smell like a fucking smoke stack.

I've always read people's sales pitches "house has no pets and no smoking" and thought how long is that shit going to smell and do people actively search out those products.

Get some activated charcoal (like what you use for aquarium filters), put some in a bowl and put the lamp and the bowl in an enclosed space (closet, cabinet, etc.). The charcoal will absorb the smoke smell from the lamp overnight in most cases. Works wonders for clothes, as well as other items you can't really "wash" or "clean".
