Chrome video downloader extension

My uncle was on ITV's crap regional news for about 10 seconds after being asked to talk about his energy saving house. He doesn't get the TV channel it was broadcast on, but the report has been uploaded to the web. He wants to download the clip for posterity, or probably just in case the article disappears before he gets to show my nan.

Chrome's extension site is pretty lame and I only seem to be able to find YouTube or megavideo specific extensions. Here's the page it's on if anyone needs to check the source or anything http://www.itv.com/wales/energy-savings84032/

I can probably convert the file myself, I just have no idea how to directly access it at the moment. If nothing works guess I can just record the screen with camtasia.

use download helper. its a plug in for firefox. it grabs everything!

i have one that's called flash video downloader, it doesn't work on every site but it works with the most used.

Nothing seemed to do it, so I've just recorded the video with camtasia. Looks alright. Now, how do I go about closing the thread?
