Im looking for the original '90 release artwork in some sort of High Definition picture. Could someone scan it maybe?

Also, this EP is the fucking bomb! No wonder the re-released it.

Seers and Sages is my favourite

chassis i envy you sometimes! you're just discovering all this amazing stuff for the first time. and i'm not even that old but i'm starting to get on... and this makes me sad. as Robbie Williams once said, "youth is wasted on the young, before you know it's come and gone too soon." lol.

welcome chassis... it's a bad-ass EP mate. Prototype jungle, electronica and techno all in one record and to have that black dog smoking a fat one on the cover is cool as you like. "Chiba" has to be my fave track - "Seers & Sages" is truly excellent too!

"Chiba" that's the one. I've got an original of this too. "Seers & Sages" cheers to that one as well. and it's called The Black Dog EP afaik.

always wondered why Soma went as far as to reissue Virtual and The Black Dog EP and NOT Age of Slack.

YEH!! YEH!! S'RIGHT.. the original EP is called "The Black Dog EP". tbd must have wanted to keep "The Age Of Slack" exclusive. Shame because i wanted that EP so much as i don't have the original !

Found a nice copy of "Scoobs In Columbia EP" on GPR today (good price too).. finally i've got a vinyl copy of Hoax Mix :)

Id really love this EP, maybe once I get some monies. Its quite expensive.

You kidding? Thats unreal. The repressings are like £3 but the artwork isnt half as good.

No shit mate, bought it on ebay... still can't believe it myself! Must be the best bargain i'm ever going to have.

The art work makes the record that much sweeter :)

yeah. it has been remastered though but i prefer the originals original sound quality. s'why i didn't buy into tBOD either.

I agree the original recordings are fine, clean and punchy and no need for the re-mastering.

My copy of "Scoobs In Columbia" on GPR came yesterday.. sweeeet! and nice price too
