Seen it before but always worth seeing again. That's just too funny. Verbal self-defense, english phrase memorization and upper body workout all in one.

Actually, if you check the links, there's a whole series of english phrases combined with workout videos..

i've seen them before, the series of enlgish learning with excersize but i never saw that intro.
