cheap video camera

my current camera does 320x240 for a max of 3 minutes at a time. i have just been dealing with that for years, as in general i am just making

it is time for a slightly less shitty camera!! anything under $200 would be super. pretty much anything will beat what i have, and i do not want anything expensive so i can do stupid crap with it.

BUT: i would want it to have a tripod mount, if possible.

recommendations? how are those flip cams?

You can probably get a pretty good compact digital camera for under 200 dollars. I've got a Canon IXUS 110 IS and it records in 720p.

My mates got one of those flip things. With tripod I think it was about £150. He's done a few videos on it.
