This discharge is the consistency of chocolate pudding, but smells as bad as the nastiest thing you can imagine. And it stains something awful. Keeping owls involves non-stop cleaning.

yeah, an aviary is really the solution to all the problems mentioned on that website. well, i guess you'd still have problems leaving the owl alone, but if you put distance between you and the owl it might become less attached and not lose weight every time you go on a trip.
