Yes, the Earthworm Jim series always had stellar musical backing. If I recall correctly in the third level of EWJ2 you were were a blind cave newt flying through a zero-g intestinal tract while Moonlight Sonata plays in the background.

 

EDIT: Yes it is, and it's even more awesome than I remember...
