did an hr an a half with my GF from japan who connived me into it …and lemme tell ya'll ….it was intense

i practice martial arts so i am pretty flexable and i could hang but the heat is an added intense angle and challenge

i sweated my ass off and twisted up some serious limbs man

i felt like a god after i got out of the shower

I've been meaning to try yoga, but the trial class is Sunday mornings, and the last three Saturday's I've been staying up until the wee hours of the morning, so I just sleep through them. Curse my wild schedule.

i went once with my friend to bikram having no idea of the hell they purposely temp the room. luckily i was informed even better i hadnt even changed into my clothes for the class yet...i didnt even entertain the idea for not even a second. i think i went and across the street to a bar or something while my friend took the class. in hindsight i dont think she was a fan of it much either cause she invited me and offered to pay for the class for me cause she had bought a bundle of classes and she wsnted to use the last two she had left. i just cant stand to be that hot. bikram yogis are a special breed...
