anybody heard of Pommery Mustard? had it recently on a BACON WRAPPED BACON dish at a new local restaurant. I swear to god the pommery mustard was maybe the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. maybe tied with 30 year old balsamic vinegar.

shittiest thing was that it was a "small plates" restaurant and I ate the fucking thing in 2 seconds.

 

so basically I'm saying go out and get some pommery mustard.
